By using www.keralasale.in you agree to these terms. Please read them before listing or buying.
1. Marketplace role
Kerala Sale is a listing platform. We connect buyers and sellers but are not a party to transactions between them. Payment, delivery, and product quality are agreed directly between buyer and seller unless we state otherwise.
2. Seller accounts & listings
Sellers must provide accurate information. Listings must be legal, truthful, and owned or authorised by the seller. We may remove listings that violate law, mislead buyers, or harm the community. Free tier allows up to 5 active listings for one year from registration; additional listings require a paid plan.
3. Prohibited content
You may not list illegal goods, counterfeit items, hazardous products without proper disclosure, or content that is abusive, discriminatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
4. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, attempt fraud, or repeatedly receive valid complaints.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
